hmmmmmmm Day 15 of Govt Shutdown

When I started working for the Fed Govt I thought hey it is the safest job out there. Well over the 15 years I have worked under a few presidents from different parties. When the Democrats are in office the Fed Employees are taken care of by hiring the number of people we need to just man the call sites. When the Republicans are in office their focus is a reduction in force. They feel more jobs can be done contractor work, however it seems they over charge because their is no oversight on these guys. 

Anyway when I started there had been a shutdown of 3 days....this one is going way beyond anyone's expectations. On Sept 30 I had told my boss that I don't think we will be in the rest of the week. He told me confidently that if we do go out it will only be a day or two..

Yeah Day 15 and when the govt officially opens not sure of the services that will be available. My agency's policy for computer application profiles is to disable access after 2 weeks. Yes folks we have been out for the time on the computers. Therefore no one is going to be able to answer phone calls because no one will have full access to all applications. there will be a delay because of a few days! because we the primary program they seem to only approve those on the weeks ends only, well that is what happened in the past for employees and new hires. 

Any way got some rows done on the new afghan, honestly I am going bat-shit crazy...I did not realize I lived for my job...I am going to have to change that....I dropped into panic attacks during this time and I have got to control of those things.....arghhhh.... the hyperventilation and the crying jags are interfering in my general daily activities.... oh well signing off....buh-bye

Changing the Format

I originally started this as a pale for my Cricut stuff and other stuff. Well as you. can see there is no other stuff....so with that being said I am going to include everything and anything. 

My life is currently in chaos as a federal employee, the legislation part of the government has backed. themselves into a corner that. they are having A hard time getting out of their corner. So since there is no income I will have to find something to just keep a float.

The furlough is not my only problem, I love Cameron,  it at this pointer can't trust him. My work...arghhhh...I have to regroup and get them fixed.....fast.... then I don't feel I am mentally stable, this last week I so did not want to get out. of bed, even Togo bathroom. Now I am trying to do intense crafts to try to help with the stress and panic attacks. That is. not quite working like it used to. I can usually handle a number of things with minimal problems but this time I just want to cry, Dr upped the meds but I still don't have the control...it may be all stressed related because of the. furlough.

Anyway, I am trying this to clear my head and hopefully it helps... :-D

Here is the craft aim currently working on. it is called a few things but the most common are Swedish Weaving, Huck Weaving and monks cloth afghans. it make me slow down and concentrate so hopefully it will help...  anyway here is the the first endeavor:
